Refund policy

To request a return, please email us at sales@maxxtooling.com or simply log in to your account. Navigate to the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, select the order, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your refund.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There is a 20% restock fee if the item is returned due to customer error. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of your error (not if received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Non-returnable items: Custom Items; any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@maxxtooling.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
